Cancellation
- This show was eventually canceled for Ozzy having to undergo foot surgery. Godsmack was also supposed to be included on this tour but canceled with Voivod taking their slot. This show was an added date due to the U.K. dates being canceled, but it was as well due to the tour being canceled from the side effects Ozzy received taking medication for his tremors.
